Jeff started his career on Wall Street working in asset management at both Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. After eventually moving into municipal bond investment management, he started experimenting in and learning about the blockchain space in 2017. From 2018 onwards, Jeff held positions such as running Partnerships at OpenSea, Chief Strategy Officer at Virtua and Head of Asset Acquisition at Yield Guild Games; the largest gaming DAO in the web3 space. He is currently a Principal at King River Capital investing in Web3 gaming.

Gabby Dizon is a game industry veteran with over 18 years of experience. He co-founded Yield Guild Games, a play-to-earn gaming guild and decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that provides gamers all over the world an opportunity to access the NFT game assets needed to start playing blockchain games and earn crypto-based rewards.
Gabby is also a founding board member of the Blockchain Game Alliance. Gabby’s mission is to onboard millions of gamers so they can find opportunities in the digital world. He believes that the future of work is in the open Metaverse.

Sarutobi Sasuke is Head of Partnerships at KAP Games. Formerly, he was head of Partnerships over at Yield Guild Games (YGG), which is arguably the largest web3 gaming guild in the world with tens of thousands of active players spanning across a myriad of games, and a huge portfolio of partners and acquired assets to boot. YGG was instrumental in creating the very first wave of “play to earn” with the rise of Axie Infinity, and remain at the forefront of the space as web3 gaming continues to evolve.
He sits at the cutting edge of guild and gaming development, bringing to the table more web3 gaming experience than almost anyone else in the space today, making him a fantastic resource for lessons learned in building guilds, their place within the broader web3 ecosystem today, and where gaming goes from here.
